I focus on residential, multi-family and commercial options in Alberta and British Columbia ranging from 1-3 year terms with conservative optimism baked into each one's returns. In addition we also focus on proffesional office rental long term holds in in major centers.

In creating simple systems that allow both active and passive capital deployment in Real Estate, Tech and Distribution with 1,2 and 3-year terms I am grateful to have an abundant deal flow to park my own money and my families in the same ones are clients and partners do.
